Students accepted to the scholarship program will be awarded up to P66,000 per year. Board top notchers may be given an opportunity for an Education Tour to Texas, USA, pending visa approval.

General Eligibility Requirements:

​

• Born in Samar or Leyte

•  Proof of Indigence (family income below P50,000 per year - supported by Barangay Certificate or BIR Tax Filing documents and number of household members attested by Barangay Certificate)

• High school senior GWA of 85% and above

• Acceptance to a Baccalaureate Program or currently enrolled (with GWA of 2.5 and above from previous semester) at Leyte Normal University (LNU) or Visayas State university (VSU)

• Full Semester Load

• Not a recipient of any other scholarship/grant

• Of Good Moral Character (School recommendation letter and Barangay Clearance)

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the scholarship grant you would like to apply is no longer part of the options, then application for that grant is already closed for this academic year.
